As the scale of our company became bigger, we realized that we have to make efforts to create loyal customers. However, we couldn’t use effectively the data base which we had such as a simple customer profile and email address.
Also, we have been focusing on the new customer acquisition strategy by using various digital advertising media and worried about the future ricks because of it even though the online sales increase satisfactory. So, we thought we need to do something for increasing the loyalty of the customers .
Yes. At first, we tried to strengthen CRM strategy but we don’t have any know-how at all. At the mention of the mail magazine, we can just send a email magazine by ourselves but we didn’t have any experiences or knowledge in mail marketing to create the strategic and effective mail magazine.
of course, we knew the date base is really important but we don’t know how to use it.
Moreover, It was hard for us to conduct the effect verification and set KPI with PDCA cycle by ourselves. We need to manage this project by using the independent verification.
One of the biggest problems is to increase CVR of the whole website. Even though we have a knowledge of usability, its not enough to improve CVR dramatically. We don’t have such a idea that user-friendly website should be built based on the objective points and the analysis of the other competitors.
We just modified the website design whenever we get a request from our customer.
So, it was necessary for us to improve our website. Especially, at the time, because we did have only online channel without any stores, to increase the level of usability on website is an urgent matter.
Also, we have been working on improving LP design internally as one of the web promotion strategy. However, we and the ad agency have been not going well to make a effect of Landing Page.
Well, we had received the proposal about the mail marketing tool but, we didn’t have such a proposal to teach us how should we start and develop the CRM strategy.
No. At first, we have been thinking that we improve usability by ourselves based on the user questionnaires and other competitors websites.
The first one was about CRM. To be honest, we have doubt the effect of CRM or the data-based marketing until we received the EC&Markeitng proposal. Even though most of them are about the other industry, we are surprised how great impact they did.

When we received the proposal from him and he pointed out our problems with confidence, we can believe this would increase the sales.
The detail of proposal and their huge knowledge were incredible. In addition, the accurate “the sales improvement simulation” is one of the biggest reason of our decision. Because we can see the detail of the project and KPI at first, it helps us to make a decision with confident. Through the project, we thought the number of simulation was based on the reality.
In case of other company, its not usual we can get the real number to improve. Because of them, we can think EC&Marketing’s consulting service as reliable.
I am interested in the system that each fields professional proceed the same project in cooperation with each others.
For example, if we proceed 2 services(CRM and Userbility) simultaneously, more synergies will be gained by them than conducting just one service and increase the sales more than 2 times.
